The rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement, shall be subject in all respects to United States laws and regulations as shall from time to time govern the license and delivery of Technology abroad, including the United States Foreign Assets Control Regulations, Transaction Control Regulations and Export Control Regulations, as amended, and any successor legislation issued by the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, or Office of Export Licensing.
