Common use of Export Control License Clause in Contracts

Export Control License. You represent and warrant that you, nor any Participant shall use the Service in any way that would require either us, you or the Participant to obtain an export control license, whether from a US, EU or other authority. Such use includes without limitation training or use for weapons, whether biological, chemical, nuclear or otherwise and for any other military or nuclear devices.
