Export Control License Sample Clauses
An Export Control License clause defines the obligations of parties to comply with applicable export control laws and regulations when transferring goods, technology, or information across borders. This clause typically requires parties to obtain necessary government authorizations before exporting or sharing controlled items, and may restrict the transfer of certain products or data to specific countries or individuals. Its core function is to ensure legal compliance and prevent unauthorized exports, thereby reducing the risk of legal penalties and safeguarding sensitive materials.
