Export Control and International Use Sample Clauses

The Export Control and International Use clause defines the obligations of parties to comply with applicable export laws and regulations when using, transferring, or accessing products, services, or information across international borders. It typically requires users not to export or re-export items to countries or individuals subject to government restrictions, and may obligate parties to obtain necessary licenses or approvals before engaging in such activities. This clause ensures that all parties avoid legal violations related to international trade controls, thereby reducing the risk of penalties and ensuring lawful global operations.
