Export Clause. 16.6.1 Each of LHT and Volaris shall comply with all applicable domestic and foreign export compliance requirements, including applicable US export laws and regulations (e.g. ITAR, EAR and OFAC sanctions regulations) and those of other relevant foreign jurisdictions.
