Exploratory Research Term. The Exploratory Research Activities will be performed by or on behalf of the Parties during the period commencing on the Effective Date and, unless this Agreement is earlier terminated with respect to the Exploratory Research Program, expiring upon the earlier of (a) [***], and (b) the [***] anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Exploratory Research Term”).
