Exploitation. 4.1 BIOPHYTIS undertakes to exploit the rights granted and to take the necessary measures (including obtaining the necessary authorisations if necessary) to develop, use, manufacture, market, import and hold the PRODUCTS falling within the SCOPES and the TERRITORY or to find one or more LICENSEE(S) likely to develop, use, manufacture, market, import and hold the PRODUCTS within the SCOPES and the TERRITORY, in particular by means of a serious commercial prospection and reasonable development and investment efforts.
