Common use of Explanation of Budgets and Projections Clause in Contracts

Explanation of Budgets and Projections. In conjunction with the delivery of the annual projections or budgets referred to in subsection 9(d) above, Borrower shall deliver a letter signed by the President or a Vice President of Borrower and by the Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer of Borrower, describing, comparing and analyzing, in detail, all changes and developments between the anticipated financial results included in such projections or budgets and the historical financial statements of Borrower and its Subsidiaries (as applicable).
