Common use of Expiry period Clause in Contracts

Expiry period. Insofar not determined otherwise in these general conditions, the Client’s right of action, which also applies vis-à-vis the Contractor in connection with the performance of the activities by the Contractor, shall be forfeited in any case after one year after the time which the Client learned or could have reasonably learned of the existence of these rights.
