Common use of Expiration of Warehousing Commitment Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Warehousing Commitment. The Warehousing Commitment expires on the earlier of ("Warehousing Maturity Date"): (a) March 27, 2005, as such date may be extended in writing by Lender, in its sole discretion, on which date the Warehousing Commitment will expire of its own term and the Warehousing Advances will become due and payable without the necessity of Notice or action by Lender; and (b) the date the Warehousing Commitment is terminated and the Warehousing Advances become due and payable under Section 10.2.

Expiration of Warehousing Commitment. The Warehousing Commitment expires on the earlier of ("Warehousing Maturity Date"): (a) March 27August 30, 20052004, as such date may be extended in writing by LenderLenders and Credit Agent, in its their sole discretion, on which date the Warehousing Commitment will expire of its own term and the Warehousing Advances will become due and payable payable, in each case without the necessity of Notice or action by Lender; Lenders, and (b) the date the Warehousing Commitment is terminated and the Warehousing Advances become due and payable under Section 10.2.

Expiration of Warehousing Commitment. The Warehousing Commitment expires on the earlier of ("Warehousing Maturity Date"): (a) March 27September 30, 2005, as such date may be extended in writing by Lender, in its sole discretion, on which date the Warehousing Commitment will expire of its own term and the Warehousing Advances will become due and payable without the necessity of Notice or action by Lender; and (b) the date the Warehousing Commitment is terminated and the Warehousing Advances become due and payable under Section 10.2.

Expiration of Warehousing Commitment. The Warehousing Commitment expires on the earlier of ("“Warehousing Maturity Date"”): (a) March 27April 14, 2005, as such date may be extended in writing by Lender, in its sole discretion2022 (the “Stated Maturity Date”), on which date the Warehousing Commitment will expire of its own term and the Warehousing Advances together with all accrued and unpaid interest and costs and expenses will become due and payable without the necessity of Notice or action by Lender; and (b) the date the Warehousing Commitment is terminated and the Warehousing Advances become due and payable under Section 10.210.2(a) or 10.2(b).”

The Warehousing Commitment expires on the earlier of ("Warehousing Maturity Date"): (a) March 27August 31, 2005, 2002 as such date may be extended in writing by Lender, in its sole discretion, on which date the Warehousing Commitment will expire of its own term and the Warehousing Advances will become due and payable payable, without the necessity of Notice or action by Lender; , and (b) the date the Warehousing Commitment is terminated and the Warehousing Advances become due and payable under Section 10.2.
