Common use of Expiration of Term in Entirety Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Term in Entirety. Upon expiration of the Term in its entirety, all provisions of this Agreement shall expire and cease to have effect, other than those provisions that survive termination or expiration of this Agreement pursuant to Section 13.13 (Survival) or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
