Common use of Expiration Dates Clause in Contracts

Expiration Dates. Products supplied by Corium shall, at the time of Delivery to Xxxx, be dated such that the expiration of such Products shall not occur until at least [*] from such date of delivery to Xxxx, provided, however, that Corium shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Products to Xxxx with the longest possible expiration date.
