Expiration Dates. Each Option shall terminate no later than the first to occur of the following events:

Products supplied by Corium shall, at the time of Delivery to Xxxx, be dated such that the expiration of such Products shall not occur until at least [*] from such date of delivery to Xxxx, provided, however, that Corium shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Products to Xxxx with the longest possible expiration date.

Each Scheduled Trading Day during the period from, and including, the First Expiration Date to, but excluding, the 100th Scheduled Trading Day following the First Expiration Date shall be an “Expiration Date” for a number of Warrants equal to the Daily Number of Warrants on such date; provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Equity Definitions, if any such date is a Disrupted Day, the Calculation Agent shall in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner make adjustments, if applicable, to the Daily Number of Warrants or shall reduce such Daily Number of Warrants to zero for which such day shall be an Expiration Date and shall designate a Scheduled Trading Day or a number of Scheduled Trading Days as the Expiration Date(s) for the remaining Daily Number of Warrants or a portion thereof for the originally scheduled Expiration Date; and provided further that if such Expiration Date has not occurred pursuant to this clause as of the eighth Scheduled Trading Day following the last scheduled Expiration Date under the Transaction, then such Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be an Expiration Date for the relevant Daily Number of Warrants and the Calculation Agent shall determine its good faith estimate of the fair market value for the Shares as of the Valuation Time on that eighth Scheduled Trading Day. First Expiration Date: September 15, 2022 (or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day), subject to Market Disruption Event below.
Expiration Dates. Company retains the right to approve all changes in expiration dates for the Product.

Expiration Dates. 2.02.1 With respect to National, this Agreement shall expire on December 31, 2024, unless sooner terminated as provided in Article 10, Article 13, or Article 14 of this Agreement.

The 75 consecutive Full Exchange Business Days beginning on and including September 6, 2016, each shall be the Expiration Date for a number of Warrants equal to the Daily Number of Warrants on such date and shall relate to a separate Component; provided that if not all such 75 consecutive Full Exchange Business Days have occurred as of the Final Disruption Date, the Calculation Agent shall have the right to elect, in its reasonable discretion, that the Final Disruption Date shall be the final Expiration Date (irrespective of whether such date is a Disrupted Day or an Expiration Date in respect of any of the Warrants) and the Settlement Price for the Final Disruption Date shall be determined by the Calculation Agent in a commercially reasonable manner. Notwithstanding the foregoing and anything to the contrary in the Equity Definitions, if a Market Disruption Event occurs on any Scheduled Trading Day otherwise, (i) the Calculation Agent may determine that such day is a Disrupted Day only in part, in which case the Calculation Agent may make adjustments to the Daily Number of Warrants for the relevant Component for which such day shall be the Expiration Date and the Daily Number of Warrants for Expiration Dates that follow such day and (ii) the Settlement Price for such Disrupted Day may be adjusted by the Calculation Agent as appropriate on the basis of the nature and duration of the relevant Market Disruption Event. Any day on which the Exchange is scheduled as of the Trade Date to close prior to its normal closing time shall be considered a Disrupted Day in whole. Section 6.6 of the Equity Definitions shall not apply to any Valuation Date occurring on an Expiration Date.
Expiration Dates. Please be advised that course pricing(s) include expiration dates and prices are subject to increase or decrease if Laredo Community College policies change after the expiration period. The expiration date will be approximately 4 years from date of contract, unless otherwise specified. Refer to Addendum A. Note: The expiration date for this contract is: September 1, 2020.
