TERMINATION/CANCELLATION Cancellation of orders once placed with or accepted by Seller can be made only with Seller’s consent. Should Buyer, due to good cause, desire to affect the cancellation of an accepted order, Seller will accept such cancellation on the following basis:
Termination/Cancellation/Rejection The State specifically reserves the right upon written notice to immediately terminate the contract or any portion thereof at no additional cost to the State, providing, in the opinion of its Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, the products supplied by Contractor are not satisfactory or are not consistent with the terms of this Contract. The State also specifically reserves the right upon written notice, and at no additional cost to the State, to immediately terminate the contract for convenience and/or to immediately reject or cancel any order for convenience at any time prior to shipping notification.
Cancellation and Expiration Notice Insurance required herein shall not expire, be canceled, or be materially changed without 30 days’ prior written notice to the City.
Transfer Cancellation Requests and Refused Transfers You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the Service). We will, to the extent permitted by law, make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied transfer to your Account that we debited for the funds transfer. If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.
Cancellation Notice Each of the insurance policies will be specifically endorsed to require the insurer to provide the Authority with 30 days written notice (or 10 days for non-payment of premium) prior to the cancellation of the policy. Vacation Cancellation Should the Employer be required to cancel scheduled vacation leave because of an emergency or exceptional business needs, affected employees may select new vacation leave from available dates. In the event the affected employee has incurred non-refundable, out-of-pocket vacation expense, the employee will normally be reimbursed by the Employer, if the Employer had previously approved the employee’s vacation leave request and if the employee has an adequate leave balance at the time of the vacation to take the vacation.
Cancellation/Termination EY may terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part, with or without cause, at any time and without liability, upon written notice to Supplier. In the event of any termination, Supplier shall promptly refund to EY any fees paid for Services or Work Product(s) that have not been provided as at the effective date of termination, and no further fees shall be due from EY in respect of the Services or Work Product(s). Termination or expiry of this Purchase Order for any reason shall not affect the accrued rights and obligations of the parties at the date of termination or expiry (as applicable).
ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION/CANCELLATION The County reserves the right to accept or to reject any or all bids and to make the award to that bidder who, in the opinion of the County, will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the County. The County also reserves the right to reject the bid of any bidder who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the County’s opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The County reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities and technicalities and may, at its discretion, request a re- bid. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the County. The County reserves the right, and the Manager, Procurement Division has absolute and sole discretion, to cancel a solicitation at any time prior to approval of the award by the Board of County Commissioners when such approval is required. The decision to cancel a solicitation cannot be the basis for a protest pursuant to the Orange County Code.

Cancellation of Event A. XXXX reserves the right to cancel Event due to circumstances beyond NYLA’s control or not reasonably anticipated by XXXX, including but not limited, to acts of God, acts of war, governmental emergency, imposition of martial law, labor strike or unrest, or inability of Facility to host Event.
