Common use of Expertise Clause in Contracts

Expertise. Consultant represents and warrants that Consultant has sufficient staff available to perform the Work and that all individuals providing the Work have the licensure, background, training and experience to perform properly the Work to be delivered hereunder. Consultant further represents and warrants that it owns or lawfully controls all of the intellectual property that it may transfer to Pace or otherwise include in its deliverables under this Agreement.
