Common use of Expertise Clause in Contracts

Expertise. Vendor hereby represents and warrants to Pace that Vendor has sufficient staff and equipment available to perform the Work and that all individuals providing the Work have the background, training, licensure, and experience to perform properly the Work to be delivered under this Agreement and/or, as appropriate, for adequately supervising such individuals at the worksite(s).
