EXPERIENCE LOADING. All flight crew are eligible for the applicable experience loading based on the specified criteria and is applicable to all SAS bases. Despite the above, experience loadings will be altered for turbine flight crew as follows: • 75% of applicable loading tier for BE20 • 50% of applicable loading tier for BE190 A flight crew member must meet ALL the hourly requirements listed in the table below as recorded in their logbook in order to be eligible for the loading according to the tier. An allowable discrepancy of up to 2% is permitted between logbook hours and Takeflite data. Only the highest eligible experience loading per the table below is to be added to the annual basic salary. That is, the experience loadings are not cumulative.
