Common use of Experience Factor Clause in Contracts

Experience Factor. For each employee hired during the term of this Agreement the wage rate established at the time of appointment will include considerationfor credit for prior employment experience. For credit purposes, experience must be relevant to the duties of the position and additional to experience which represents qualifications of the appointee for duties and position. The maximum and minimum credit shall be equivalent to A rate for the position to which is appointed.
