Common use of Experience Factor Clause in Contracts

Experience Factor. A teacher who has completed one (1) year at Step 18 of the salary schedule shall receive in the following school year: At least 5 years at Step 18 $1,500 This payment shall be considered regular compensation and will be subject to normal deductions, including retirement deductions.
