Common use of Experience Certificate Clause in Contracts

Experience Certificate. On completion of contract, the contractor will be issued an experience certificate on the total performance of the contractor such as technical competency, implementation of statutory provisions in time, such as payment of wages to the worker, payment of PF contribution, Payment of ESI contribution, Payment of bonus, issue of PPE, uniform cloth, safety shoe etc. based on which the contractors future bid if any in BHEL will be evaluated.
