Common use of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the most favorable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of and its affiliated companies in effect for the CompanyExecutive on the date hereof.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companyand its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company and its subsidiaries provided to senior executives other key management employees of the CompanyCompany and its subsidiaries.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business and documented expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to and its affiliated companies in effect for similarly situated senior executives of the Company and its affiliated companies. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by the Executive upon submission of any request for reimbursement and in a format and manner consistent with the Company’s expense reporting policy.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the most favorable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companyand its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company's policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided as such policies may be in effect from time to senior executives of the Companytime.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business employment expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures policies in effect generally at any time with respect to other peer executives of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companyand its affiliated companies.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive eligible for prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses reasonably incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company’s policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided as may be in effect from time to time, for its senior executives of the Companygenerally.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business and documented out-of-pocket business, entertainment, and travel expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with the performance of the Executive’s duties hereunder in accordance with the policiesplans, practices practices, policies and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives programs of the Company.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in connection with his employment, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to Company’s policies for its most senior executives of the Companyemployees.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance carrying out the Executive’s duties under this Agreement, provided that the Executive complies with the generally applicable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives for submission of the Companyexpense reports, receipts, or similar documentation of such expenses.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the most favorable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of and its Affiliated companies in effect for the CompanyExecutive on the date hereof.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business employment-related expenses incurred by Executive upon the Executive receipt by the Company of an accounting in accordance with the practices, policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided applicable to comparable senior executives of the Company, in accordance with their terms as in effect from time to time.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder, provided that Executive provides all necessary documentation in accordance with the Company’s policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business employment-related expenses incurred by Executive upon the Executive receipt by the Company of an accounting in accordance with the practices, policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided applicable to any comparable senior executives executive of the Company, in accordance with their terms as in effect from time to time.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the Company’s policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided in effect from time to senior executives of the Companytime for executive employees.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive in the Executive course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives the extent available to employees of the CompanyCompany based in the United States with respect to travel, entertainment and other business expenses.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in performance of Executive’s duties hereunder provided that Executive provides all necessary documentation in accordance with the Companies’ policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance carrying out the Executive’s duties under this Agreement, provided that the Executive complies with the generally applicable policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives Employer for submission of the Companyexpense reports, receipts, or similar documentation of such expenses.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Company shall reimburse Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by him in the Executive course of performing his duties and responsibilities under this Agreement in accordance with the policiesCompany’s policies in effect from time to time for similarly situated executives with respect to travel, practices entertainment and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Companyother business expenses.

Expenses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided in effect generally at any time after the Effective Date with respect to senior executives of the Company.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be -------- entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business employment-related expenses incurred by Executive upon the Executive receipt by the Debtor or the Reorganized Entity, as applicable, of an accounting for such expenses in accordance with the policiespractices, practices policies and procedures of the Company provided applicable to other senior executives of the CompanyDebtor or the Reorganized Entity, as applicable.

During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices terms and procedures conditions of the Company provided Company’s expense reimbursements policies in effect from time to senior time for similarly situated executives of the Company.
