The Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive during the Term in performing services hereunder, under this Agreement in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect applicable to the executive officers of the Corporation and established by the Company Bank, provided that the Executive accounts for its executive officerssuch expenses as required under such policies and procedures.

Expenses. The Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable and customary expenses incurred by the Executive in performing services hereunder during the Term of Employment, including all expenses of travel and living expenses while away from home on business or at the request of and in performing services hereunderthe service of the Company, provided that such expenses are incurred and accounted for in accordance with the policies and procedures then in effect and established by the Company Company. The Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for its executive officershis reasonable legal and public relations expenses incurred in connection with the execution of this Agreement.

Expenses. Executive shall furnish appropriate documentation of such expenses, including documentation required by the Internal Revenue Service.
