Common use of Expenses; Transfer Taxes Clause in Contracts

Expenses; Transfer Taxes. (a) Except as expressly set forth herein, each party shall bear the fees, costs and expenses of it and its Subsidiaries incurred in connection with the negotiation and preparation of this Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby (including legal, accounting and financial advisors).

Expenses; Transfer Taxes.
