Common use of Expenses and Services Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Services. During the term of Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all pre-approved, reasonable expenses incurred by Executive by reason of his employment, including travel and living expenses while away from home at the request of and in the service of the Company, provided that such expenses are incurred and accounted for in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Company and in effect when the expenses are incurred.
