Expense s. The expenses incurred by each of the parties in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement and the completion of the transactions provided for in this Agreement, including, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the fees of their respective accountants and solicitors in connection with such transactions, shall be borne by such party.
