EXPENSE ALLOCATIONS. 11.1 Seller shall pay for all applicable realty transfer taxes related to the execution, delivery and recording of the Deed, ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, and other Closing Documents, and all related recording charges. 11.2 Subject to Section 13.3, Buyer shall pay for Buyer's title examination for Buyer's title examination and premiums and for Buyer's due diligence expenses, including survey, structural analysis and environmental analysis. 11.3 Buyer and Seller shall be responsible for paying their own attorney's fees in connection with this transaction.
