No Marketing. From and after the Effective Date, Seller shall not market, solicit, negotiate, or enter into any agreement with any party other than Buyer for the sale or transfer of any interest in the Property.
No Marketing. Seller shall remove the Property from the market and cease all discussions with other prospective purchasers, and shall not solicit nor accept any offers, whether or not binding, regarding the Property during the term of this Agreement.
No Marketing. Neither Seller nor Buyer shall market the Property to prospective tenants during the time period between the Effective Date and the Close of Escrow without the prior consent of the other. In addition, Buyer shall not take any action in connection with marketing the Property that would jeopardize Seller’s rights or interests as owner of the Property. Neither Seller nor Buyer shall execute any leases or other contracts with respect to the Property without the prior written consent of the other until and unless Escrow Closes as defined under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other.
No Marketing. Manager and Medical Group expressly agree and acknowledge that Manager is not being engaged to, nor at any time shall Manager, provide marketing services, directly or indirectly, to or on behalf of Medical Group.
No Marketing. No employee, agent or representative of the Company or the Sellers may engage in marketing, nor consider offers for selling, transferring, pledging or otherwise encumbering or alienating the Interest prior to Closing.
No Marketing. Seller shall not actively market, offer the Properties or any portion thereof for sale or solicit or accept offers to purchase the Properties or any portion thereof so long as this Agreement is in effect, EXCEPT FOR any back-up offers that are expressly terminable by notice to the buyer if Purchaser closes the purchase and that expressly put the buyer on notice that Purchaser is the intended purchaser of the Properties.
No Marketing. Upon execution of this Agreement, Seller shall ------------ not market the Property for sale or enter into discussions or negotiations --- with potential purchasers of the Property unless this Agreement has been terminated pursuant to its terms.
No Marketing. Seller agrees not to market any portion of the Property for sale from the Effective Date until the earlier of (a) the Closing or (b) a termination of this Agreement.
No Marketing. Client agrees not to use the names, logos or any other marks owned by or associated with us for marketing or advertising purposes or any form of publicity without the prior written consent of the Washington, DC Economic Partnership. This obligation shall survive termination of the agreement.
No Marketing. PTLLC shall not use the Collocation Space for marketing purposes, nor shall it place any identifying signs or markings outside the Collocation Space or on the grounds of the BellSouth Premises.
