EXPENDABLE SUPPLIES Clause Samples
The EXPENDABLE SUPPLIES clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to items that are consumed or used up during the course of a contract or project. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for providing, replenishing, and accounting for such supplies, which may include items like paper, cleaning materials, or other consumables necessary for ongoing operations. By clearly allocating responsibility for expendable supplies, the clause helps prevent disputes over costs and ensures that necessary materials are available to support the work without interruption.
