Common use of Expedited Shipments Clause in Contracts

Expedited Shipments. To the extent posstibhlee,CustomsdmA inistration of each Party shall adopt procedures to expedite the clearance of shipments while maintaining appropriate control, including (a) to provide for -parrerival processing of information related to shipments; (b) to permit thsuebmission of a single document covering all goods contained in shipment, including through electronic means; and (c) to minimise the documentation required for the release of shipments.
