Expectations & Assessment Clause Samples
The Expectations & Assessment clause defines the standards and criteria by which a party's performance or deliverables will be evaluated during the course of an agreement. It typically outlines the specific benchmarks, timelines, or quality measures that must be met, and may describe the process for reviewing and assessing whether these expectations are fulfilled, such as periodic progress reports or formal evaluations. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is required and how success will be measured, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over performance.
