Common use of Expansions Clause in Contracts

Expansions. (a) As used herein, the term “Eligible Expansion” means (i) an expansion of the Central Penn Line which will increase the firm transportation capacity of all or a portion of the Central Penn Line, and/or (ii) the construction of an interconnection(s) (other than the Receipt Interconnections) on the Central Penn Line. If Transco desires to pursue or develop an Eligible Expansion, then Transco shall notify ▇▇▇▇▇ thereof. As part of such notification, Transco shall provide the following information about the Eligible Expansion: (A) a description of the facilities to be installed; (B) the total estimated cost of the facilities; (C) the amount of firm transportation capacity to be added; (D) flow diagrams for such capacity; (E) the proposed project schedule, including the expected construction period and target in-service date; and (F) a brief description of the approvals required of any Governmental Authority.
