Common use of Expanded Services Clause in Contracts

Expanded Services. The Contractor may elect to provide expanded services. If the Contractor elects to provide expanded services, the services must be offered to all eligible enrollees following written approval by the Department. Expanded services are defined as the following: (1) Services in excess of the amount, duration and scope of those listed in Section 1.3.3 contract Terms and Conditions; and (2) Services and benefits not listed in this ATTACHMENT I, section 1.3.3, Contract Terms and Conditions.
