Common use of Expanded Premises Clause in Contracts

Expanded Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Additional Space to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Additional Space from Landlord, on the terms and conditions herein provided. From and after the date hereof, the "Premises" under the Lease shall consist of the Premises described on Exhibit "A" to the Lease together with the Additional Space described on Exhibit "A" to this Amendment.

Expanded Premises. Landlord hereby leases the Additional Space to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases the Additional Space from Landlord, on the same terms and conditions herein providedas set forth in the Lease, as supplemented hereby. From and after the date hereof"Extension Commencement Date" (as hereinafter defined), the "Premises" under (as defined in the Lease Lease) shall consist of the Premises described on Exhibit "A" to in the Lease as amended, together with the Additional Space described on in Exhibit "A1" to this Amendment.
