In order to ensure business continuity and the best outcome for Persons and following termination of this Agreement for whatever reason it will be necessary to ensure a smooth transfer of the Care Home Service and the transfer of any items or information necessary to enable a Successor Provider to operate the Care Home Services. The Care Home Provider confirms confirmation of its commitment to ensuring the quality of the Care Home Services until the handover process is completed.
