Common use of Exit Interview Clause in Contracts

Exit Interview. To insure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including but not limited to the protection of the business interests of the Company, Employee agrees, upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, or the expiration of the Employment Period, at no additional expense to Employee, to engage in an exit interview with the Company at a time and place designated by the Company.

To insure ensure a clear understanding of this Agreement, including but not limited to the protection of the Employer's business interests of the Companyinterests, Employee agrees, upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, or the expiration of the Employment Period, at no additional expense to Employee, to engage in an exit interview with the Company Employer at a time and place as may be reasonably designated by the CompanyEmployer.

In the event that the exit interview takes place in a location outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, the Company agrees to reimburse Employee for reasonable expenses associated with his travel to and from said exit interview.

Employee understands and agrees that during said exit interview, Employee may be required to confirm that Employee will comply with Employee's obligations under Sections 2, 3 and 5 of this Agreement Company may elect, at its option, to conduct the Companyexit interview by telephone.
