Common use of Exit Interview Clause in Contracts

Exit Interview. To ensure a clear understanding of this Agreement, Executive agrees, at the time of termination of Executive’s employment, to engage in an exit interview with the Company at a time and place designated by the Company and at the Company’s expense.
