Common use of Existing Title Policy Clause in Contracts

Existing Title Policy. Lender shall have received (i) a copy of the owner’s title insurance policy relative to the Phase II Property, together with a copy of the deed which conveyed title to the Phase II Property to Phase II Property Owner and copies of all title exceptions.
