Existing Scale Sample Clauses

The 'Existing Scale' clause defines the current rates, fees, or pricing structures that are already in effect at the time an agreement is made. Typically, this clause references a schedule or list of charges that both parties acknowledge as the baseline for any transactions or services covered by the contract. For example, it may specify that all services rendered will be billed according to the company's published price list as of the contract date. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and prevent disputes by clearly establishing which rates apply, thereby avoiding confusion over pricing during the term of the agreement.
Existing Scale. The existing scale shall be maintained and the Arbitrator shall not have the authority to increase the number of steps except with the consent of the Parties.
