Common use of Existing Improvements Clause in Contracts

Existing Improvements. Tenant accepts the Premises in their existing condition and the improvements constructed therewith, and Tenant hereby approves the same as installed, subject only to such changes as may subsequently be agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant. Such improvements are hereafter called "Existing Improvements."
