Common use of Existing Equity Clause in Contracts

Existing Equity. With respect to CONSULTANT’s outstanding ACCURAY equity awards, such equity awards shall continue to vest and remain outstanding during the Term, all in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the applicable award agreements and equity plans under which such equity awards were granted.
