Common use of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent and the Security Agents shall have received evidence that the Existing Credit Agreement has been, or concurrently with the Effective Date is being, terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full and all liens securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement have been, or concurrently with the Effective Date are being, released.

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent and the Security Agents shall have received evidence that the Existing Credit Agreement has been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date is being, terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full and all liens securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement have been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date are being, released.

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent and the Security Agents shall have received customary evidence indicating that the Existing Credit Agreement has been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date is being, terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full and all liens securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement thereunder have been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date are being, released.

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent Agent’s receipt of evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Agents shall have received evidence Administrative Agent, that the Existing Credit Agreement has been, been (or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date is being, ) terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full and all liens Liens securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement have been, been (or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date are being, ) released.

The Administrative Agent and the Security Agents shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory that the Existing Credit Agreement has been, been or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date is being, terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full and all commitments to lend or make other extensions of credit thereunder have been terminated and all liens securing such indebtedness or other obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement thereunder have been, or concurrently with the Effective Date are being, releasedbeen released and/or terminated.

The Administrative Agent and the Security Agents shall have received evidence evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that the Existing Credit Agreement has been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date is being, terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full obligations of the Borrower and all liens securing obligations its Subsidiaries under the Existing Credit Agreement have been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date are being, paid and fully satisfied and any liens thereunder shall have been released.

The Administrative Agent and the Security Agents shall have received evidence evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, that (i) the Existing Credit Agreement has been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date is being, terminated and all amounts outstanding thereunder are being repaid in full obligations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and any of their respective Affiliates under such Existing Credit Agreement shall be fully satisfied and (ii) all liens Liens, if any, securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement have been, or concurrently with the Effective Closing Date are being, completely and irrevocably released.
