Existing Cards Sample Clauses
Existing Cards. The County utilizes a procurement card system which is currently used by the Sheriff as a charter officer. The County understands that the Sheriff intends to implement a separate procurement card arrangement with his financial institution after January 5, 2021; however, the financial institution that will provide the procurement card system to the Sheriff will not enter into an agreement with the Sheriff until after January 5, 2021.
Existing Cards. The County utilizes a procurement card system, which is currently used by the Property Appraiser as a charter officer. The County, as the provider of financial services to the Property Appraiser, shall continue to provide procurement card services to the Property Appraiser.
