Exhibitor Samples Sample Clauses
The Exhibitor Samples clause governs the distribution and use of product samples by exhibitors during an event or trade show. Typically, it outlines the types of samples that may be provided, any restrictions on quantity or nature of the samples, and the procedures for obtaining approval from event organizers if required. This clause ensures that the distribution of samples is controlled and consistent with event policies, helping to maintain order, prevent disputes among exhibitors, and ensure compliance with health, safety, or legal regulations.
