Exhibit Fee. The Exhibit Fee includes an assigned area of the size designated on Page 1 in the designated exhibit area furnished with the complimentary items indicated on Page 1, items purchased through registration and/or other items approved by Management that are provided at Exhibitor’s expense. The Exhibit Fee includes registration for 1 individual for 1 day which provides access to the Program’s plenary, general or concurrent sessions and meal functions held on that day that do not require a separate ticket.
