Additional Development Fee. If Member enters up to three (3) homes within the same secondary development, the Fee shall be Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($2,800.00)
Additional Development Fee. After delivery and within thirty (30) days of acceptance as defined in Section 3.10, of the First Group of Products as detailed in Section 3.1, EMD will pay RBM a Development Fee of [***] for development of the Second Group of Products. RBM will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver to EMD the Second Group of Products (as defined in Exhibit A) within fifteen (15) months of the Effective Date.
Additional Development Fee. The parties anticipate that Swan will make an additional $500,000 available to iTVr in one or more installments, starting on approximately January 12, 2000 to complete development of the BISTB. Such funding shall be at Swan's discretion pursuant to terms and conditions described more fully below in section 5.
