Common use of Exercise of the Purchase Option Clause in Contracts

Exercise of the Purchase Option. 1.1 Party D hereby authorizes Party B in accordance with the purchase option granted to Party B under Article 2.1 of the Purchase Option Agreement, and Party B agrees to accept the aforesaid authorization, on behalf of Party D, to purchase entire shares in Party C holding by Party A a in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Purchase Option Agreement.

Exercise of the Purchase Option. 1.1 1.1. Party D B hereby authorizes Party B D in accordance with the purchase option granted to Party B D under Article 2.1 of the Purchase Option Agreement, and Party B D agrees to accept the aforesaid authorization, on behalf of Party DB, to purchase entire shares in Party C holding by Party A a in accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Purchase Option Agreement.
