Common use of Exercise of Options and SARs Clause in Contracts

Exercise of Options and SARs. (a) Subject to Section 6.6(b) hereof, each Option and SAR granted under the Plan shall be exercisable at such time or times and during such period or periods as shall be set forth in the instrument evidencing such Option or SAR. To the extent that an Option or SAR is not exercised by a Participant when it becomes initially exercisable, it shall not expire but shall be carried forward and shall remain exercisable, on a cumulative basis, until the expiration of the exercise period. No partial exercise may be for less than ten (10) full shares of Common Stock (or its equivalent).
