EXEMPTION FROM THE PAYMENT GUARANTEE. The Shipper is released from the submission of a Guarantee provided it benefits, throughout the entire duration of the Contract, from a long-term credit rating equal to or higher than “A-” from Standard & Poor’s or “A3” from Xxxxx’x or “A-” from Fitch.
