Exempt Notes. Each Issuer may issue Exempt Notes. The relevant Issuer may agree with any Dealer that Exempt Notes may be issued in a form not contemplated by the “Terms and Conditions of the Notes”, in which event the relevant provisions will be included in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
