Executive's Rights. Any rights of Executive hereunder shall be in addition to any rights Executive may otherwise have under written benefit plans or agreements of the Company to which he is a party or in which he is a participant, including, but not limited to, any Company sponsored written employee benefit plans, stock option plans, grants and agreements. Provisions of this Agreement shall not in any way abrogate Executive's rights under such other plans and agreements.
